On May 24, 2005, the Cabinet of Ministers adopted the Regulations on the Recognition of Professional Qualification, Based on Duration and Type of Professional Experience in Separate Fields of Economic Activity. |
These Regulations will replace Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No.846, issued on October 12, 2004, with the same title, which became invalid as of May 1, 2005, in compliance with Amendments to the Law on Regulated Professions and Recognition of Professional Qualification. The new Regulations include provisions derived from a number of directives of the European Union. These Regulations describe the duration and type of professional experience required for recognition of a professional qualification in regulated professions for citizens of the states of the European Economic Zone, based on the professional experience of the applicant in certain fields of economic activity. |
